All entries must
entered by July 28, 2008. One winner will
be selected through a random drawing of entries,
and entrant need not be present to win. There
will be no substitution or sale of prize offered.
Prize must be claimed within 30 days. Appproximate
retail value of each prize is $1,500. By submitting
entry, entrants agree to these rules and the decisions
of TEXAS MONTHLY Custom Publishing, which shall
be final in all matters relating to the sweepstakes.
No purchase necessary, void where prohibited,
taxed, or restricted by law. Sweepstakes open
to anyone 21 years or older. Employees of TEXAS
MONTHLY, Texas Parks and Wildlife or any participating
Outdoor
Annual
sponsers, their ad agencies and participating
companies (and members of the immediate families
of each) and their affiliates, franchises, subsidiaries,
or any other organization affiliated with this
sweepstakes are ineligible. Prize winner will
be responsible for all applicable taxes and must
sign a release form releasing all the participating
companies from liabilities arising from the prize.
